Iridology Level 3 ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the policies and terms and conditions for the students (“Students”) of Iridology Level 3 (“Course”) facilitated by Cobblestone Health Ltd doing business as Iridology Education (the“Company”). By signing this Agreement you are acknowledging and confirming that you, the Student, will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
The Student must be qualified
The student guarantees he/she has completed the Dynamic Iridology Assessment System course and has a certificate of attendance for the same course.
If the student does not meet that criterion the student will not be granted access to the Level 3 curriculum, classes, or learning materials, and any tuition paid toward Level 3 will not be refunded.
The Course
The Course consists of between 15 and 20 classes and is a live, online, group course where the Course start date is defined as the date of the first scheduled webinar class and where the Course end date will be defined by how many sessions it takes to complete the curriculum. Sessions will normally be held weekly.
The Course components that are included for the duration of the Course include:

Bonuses
Bonuses are provided at no cost for the convenience of the Student, and may be changed or revoked at any time.
They may include:
o One or more Office Hours online mentoring session per month
o Recordings of classes for 2 years
*Mentoring for IIPA exam 3 within 10 months of the class completion date
o Access to student-only iridology and herbology mentoring group
o Access to a student-only site for 24 months from the course start date that contains:
* The downloadable e-textbook
* Recordings of class sessions
*Other educational materials as may be appropriate
Course Deadlines
If the Student chooses to attempt to certify Level 3 with the International Iridology Practitioners Association, Iridology Education/Judith Cobb will offer support as seems reasonable for up to 10 months from the final class date. To apply for the IIPA Level 3 exam, the Student understands he/she must currently be a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist and must hold a current professional membership with IIPA before registering with IIPA to take exam 3. The student also understands he/she must pay IIPA directly to take the certification exam and any necessary rewrites.
Students who want to attempt certification but do not do so within the 10-month limit, and who require additional mentoring, will be required to purchase a separate exam mentoring package from Cobblestone Health Ltd, which will be valid for 3 months from date of purchase. It will include up to three 1:1 one-hour private mentoring sessions.
24 months after the Course access to the student site will be terminated, but access to the mentoring group will continue. Students are encouraged to download the textbook, slides, and other resources as they are able.
IIPA Certification Requirements
The Student acknowledges that IIPA
1) the Student must have completed the Level 3 curriculum with and IIPA Level 3 Certified instructor
2) the Student must be an IIPA-certified Comprehensive Iridologist before requesting exam 3;
3) the Student must have a current IIPA professional membership
4) IIPA charges a separate exam fee (payable directly to IIPA) before receiving IIPA exam 3;
Program Fees
All program fees are subject to applicable taxes.
If the Student chooses the payment plan, the Student will be charged the initial payment at the time of enrolling and then will be charged installments on the same day of the month or approximately every 30 days, for the remaining months until the contract is fulfilled.
The Course fees include everything outlined in The Course section.
If the Student chooses the monthly payment plan, he/she is responsible for ensuring their account remains in good standing for the duration of the Course.
Should there be issues with a declined payment the Student will have 5 business days to bring their account into good standing. If the account is not brought into good standing within 5 business days the Student's Course will be put on hold and access to the course and all bonuses will be denied until the account is brought into good standing for a maximum of 15 days.
If the account remains in poor standing for a duration of 15 business days, the Student's Course will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
Every effort will be made to collect outstanding or unpaid installments, even if the student has been removed from the course.
As stipulated on the sales page which you accessed to pay your tuition, no refunds of any kind will be issued for the Course.
This contract is enacted in the province of Alberta. Any disputes will be settled in Alberta according to Alberta laws.
