DYNAMIC IRIDOLOGY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM STUDENT AGREEMENT
AND TERMS OF SERVICE

This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the policies and terms and conditions for the students (“Students”) of Confident Nutritionist: Dynamic Iridology (“Course”) created and facilitated by Cobblestone Health Ltd doing business as Iridology Education (the “Company”). By signing this Agreement you are acknowledging and confirming that you, the Student, will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.

The Course
The Course is a 20-session group course where the Course start date is defined as the date of the first scheduled webinar class and where the Course end date is defined as the twentieth webinar class. Sessions will normally be held on a weekly basis.

The Company has the right to modify the Course at any time, for any reason, and will ensure that the Student is provided with applicable updates if they are within the Course duration.

The Course components that are included for the duration of the Course include:

  • 20 live webinar classes

Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance, stating the number of class hours, will be issued to students who attend all classes live or complete quizzes with a 100% grade for any missed classes. All quizzes must be completed between the start date of the course and thirty (30) days after the final class session to qualify the student to receive a Certificate of Attendance. No exceptions will be made.

This certificate is not the equivalent of certifying as an iridologist. See the section entitled IIPA Certification Requirements.

Course Deadlines

If the Student chooses to attempt to certify with the International Iridology Practitioners Association, such efforts, including IIPA exam 1 and IIPA exam 2 (administered by Cobblestone Health Ltd) must be completed within 15 months from the Course start date.

The Student agrees to keep track of the deadline dates and complete all exams within these deadlines. Students who want to attempt certification but do not meet these deadlines will be required to purchase a separate exam mentoring package from Cobblestone Health Ltd in order to complete the exams.

18 months after the Course start date the Student will be removed from the student site and given access to an alumni site containing the curriculum content for the lifetime of the course.

IIPA Certification Requirements
In order to qualify to take IIPA exam 3, the student understands that the teacher must notify IIPA that the student has successfully completed the course work, IIPA exam 1, and IIPA exam 2.

In order to become a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist and receive a certificate stating the same, the student understands that he/she must

  1. Qualify for a Certificate of Achievement as proof of successfully completing the curriculum
  2. Purchase an IIPA student membership prior to registering with IIPA to take exam
  3. Pay IIPA directly to take the certification exam and any necessary rewrites.
  4. Pay to upgrade his/her IIPA membership from Student to Professional upon successfully completing IIPA exam 3

The Course fees include everything outlined in The Course section.
