DYNAMIC IRIDOLOGY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM
ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE
This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the policies and terms and conditions for the students (“Students”) enrolling in the Dynamic Iridology Assessment System (“Course”) created
and facilitated by Cobblestone Health Ltd doing business as Iridology Education (the “Company”). By signing this Agreement you are acknowledging and confirming that you, the Student, will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
The Course
The Course is a 20-session group course where the Course start date is defined as the date of the first scheduled webinar class and where the Course end date is defined as the twentieth webinar class. Sessions will normally be held on a weekly basis. The course start date for which you are enrolling is as shown on the checkout page you viewed to access this agreement.
The Company has the right to modify the Course at any time, for any reason, and will ensure that the Student is provided with applicable updates if they are within the Course duration.
The Course components that are included for the duration of the Course include:
*20 live webinar classes
Bonuses
Bonuses are provided at no cost for the convenience of the Student and may be changed or revoked at any time.
They may include:
o One or more Office Hours webinar per month
o Recordings of office hour webinars for the past 18 months
o Access to a student- and alumni-only private social media group
o Access to a student only website for 18 months from the course start date
that contains:
* The downloadable e-textbook
* Recordings of class sessions
* Recordings of content by topic
*Other educational materials as may be appropriate
* Mandaotry quiz for each module
* Mentoring for IIPA exam 1 and IIPA exam 2 for up to 10 months after the final class of your enrolled cohort
* Digital iris photos/cases for IIPA exam 1 and IIPA exam 2 for up to 10 months after the final class of your enrolled cohort
Course Deadlines
Module quizzes must be completed with scores of 100% no later than 30 days after the final class session to qualify for Certification mentoring.
If the Student chooses to attempt to certify with the International Iridology Practitioners Association, such efforts, including IIPA exam 1 and IIPA exam 2 (administered by Cobblestone Health Ltd) must be completed within 16 months from the Course start date.
The Student agrees to keep track of deadline dates and complete all components within these deadlines. Students who want to attempt certification but do not meet these deadlines will be required to purchase a separate exam mentoring package from Cobblestone Health Ltd in order to complete the exams.
18 months after the Course start date the Student will be removed from the active student site and given access to an alumni site containing the curriculum content for the lifetime of the course.
IIPA Certification Requirements
Upon completion of classes and with teacher approval, the student may apply to IIPA to sit for the IIPA certification exam, and understands he/she must purchase an IIPA student membership prior to registering with IIPA to take the certification exam. The student also understands he/she must pay IIPA directly to take the certification exam and any necessary rewrites.
The Student acknowledges that:
1) a current IIPA student membership (purchased at the student’s expense) and teacher recommendation are required to sit for the IIPA certification exam;
2) there is an exam fee (payable directly to IIPA) to sit for the certification exam;
3) the Student will be responsible for renewing his/her IIPA student membership if said student membership expires before exam completion;
4) upon successful completion of the certification exam, the Student will responsible for paying to upgrade from an IIPA student membership to a Professional membership;
5) the student is responsible for producing a transcript to show to IIPA listing the successful completion of an approved college-level Anatomy & Physiology course with a grade of 80% or better.
Program Fees
All program fees are subject to applicable taxes.
If the Student chooses the payment plan, the initial payment will be processed immediately upon enrollment with monthly installments taken the same day of the month or approximately every 30 days, for the remaining payments.
The Course fees include everything outlined in The Course section.
If the Student chooses the monthly payment plan, he/she is responsible for ensuring that his/her account remains in good standing for the duration of the Course. Should there be issues with a declined payment the Student will have 5 business days
to bring his/her account into good standing. If the account is not brought into good standing within 5 business days the Student’s Course will be put on hold and access to the course and all bonuses will be denied until the account is brought into good standing. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that credit card information is kept up-to-date, and that funds are available on payment due dates.
If the account remains in poor standing for a duration of 15 business days, the Student’s Course will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
As stipulated on the sales page which you accessed to pay your tuition, no refunds of any kind will be issued for the Course.
Transfers to Another Cohort
A student may request to be transferred to the next available cohort within 5 weeks of the start date of the cohort in which he/she was originally enrolled. Only one such transfer will be permitted. Transfers are only allowed into the next available cohort. Access to the students original cohort and learning materials will be revoked. The student will be required to start over in the new cohort and re-do all quizzes in the new cohort.
If the next available cohort is not convenient for the student, it is up to the student to make it work by utilizing class recordings and the provided online materials. No further transfers will be made available. Any outstanding tuition payments will be the responsibility of the student whether the student can attend classes or not.
This contract is enacted in the province of Alberta. Any disputes will be settled in Alberta according to Alberta laws.
